A player's perspective, built into every session.

Ben spent four years competing at the highest level of NCAA Division III soccer, captaining Tufts to a 2025 National Championship. That experience — the technical demands, the pressure, and the mental side of high-level competition — shapes how he trains every player, from first touches to game-day composure.

Founder of The Mental Pitch

Why mental training is part of every session.

Ben's background in child studies and human development, paired with his own experience as a competitive athlete, led him to build The Mental Pitch — a guided soccer journal that helps players reflect on their mindset, process tough moments, and prepare for what's next.

Every player who trains with Ben gets access to the app as part of their training, so the work on the field connects directly to the work in their head.
